geo I highlights plight of Pakistan’s tallest woman

FAISALABAD: Pakistan’s tallest woman who also has the distinction of being the world’s second tallest lady sells ‘pokaras’ in Faisalabad to make ends meet.

Thirty five year old Zainab Bibi, who is 230cm. (7' 4' inches) tall, rose to fame after her name was published in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Poverty and unemployment have compelled her to sell ‘pokaras’ to sustain her family.

Taking notice of this, Geo I reported her plight; the Punjab government has decided to provide monthly remuneration to the country’s tallest lady.
