Shutter down in Hyderabad on Raza's murder

HYDERABAD: The complete shutter down is being observed in various cities including Hyderabad, Sukkar and Mirpur Khas over the murder of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Raza Haidar.

SAMAA reported that almost all the shopping centers and markets are closed. The MQM workers held protests in various cities.

The fear prevails in Hyderabad city and the incidents of the firing were also reported in different parts of the city.

Police and the rangers have been deployed at sensitive spots. Unidentified men set on fire tyres in different areas while stones were also thrown at vehicles.

Three tractors and a car were set on fire in Mirpur Khas while almost all the shopping centers are closed in the city.

All the markets including Liaquat Market, Mohini Bazaar, old Nawabshah, Chakra Bazaar, Cloth Market and others are closed in Nawabshah. The snap checking is being held by police at different parts of the city.

The sit-in was observed at airport road in Larkana. Several markets are closed in the city
