Babar Awan urges Nawaz Sharif to join Parliament Federal Law Minister Dr. Babar Awan said that if PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif is interested to bring changes in the system then he has to come in the Parliament first. Babar was talking to media after meeting with Sikh pilgrims, where he said that he fails to understand why Nawaz Sharif is hesitating to come in the parliament. He said that democracy is strengthened and active in the country and change will only come in 2013. He further said that if Musharraf wanted to bring changes in the country then he also has to come back in the country. Babar was of the view that the Kashmir dispute should be resolved according to resolutions passed by United Nations.
