KARACHI: Upon the directives of Quaid Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain, all his 57th birthday celebrations, scheduled to be held in various parts, have been cancelled on account of worst floods in the history of country, Geo News reported.MQM sources have also confirmed calling of birthday celebrations.
In a party workers’ gathering at NineZero here, MQM’s Convener of Coordination Committee, Dr. Farooq Sattar extended attendees felicitations on the eve of Quaid’s 57th birthday celebrations, saying: “All the scheduled celebrations in connection with Quaid’s birthday have been canceled.”
He directed party workers to get back home.
